Membersip

People who wish to be more involved with the club may join as members for a £10 annual fee (with a £5 concessionary rate available). Members will be able to stand and vote in the committee elections, will be given priority in oversubscribed events, receive a discount in some partnered local hobby shops, pa a reduced rate for weekend games days, and be able to borrow the club terrain for their own games. Table fees of £3 will still apply to members and non members alike.

This structure has been chosen to minimise the cost of membership and to not make anyone who just wants to play a casual game feel excluded. Essentially to have a formal membership whilst changing as little as possible from the previous freeform system.
